Three Eastside wrestlers competed at the Kids National Championships this year. And each one placed in the tournament and earned the “All American” status.

Bailey McBride dominated in all three styles, winning each tournament, and easily captured the Regional Triple Crown.

Nick Smith and Bailey McBride both won the Triple Crown Award by becoming State Champions in all three wrestling styles during the 2009 season. A Big Congratulations is in order for these boys. Winning a State Title in one style is quite an accomplishment by itself. But to do it in all styles, Folkstyle, Greco and Freestyle in one year is Outstanding!
