West Kids Regional-Freestyle, Pocatello, Id – June 24-25
Congratulations to the Eastside Wrestlers who were able to make it to the Regional Championships this year. Justin Hoyle, Dylan Badure and Beau Weibe were all first year Novice wrestlers competing against many older kids. And they all had excellent matches! Justin was able to place 4th in Greco Roman and 5th in Freestyle. Dylan was only one match away from medaling. And Beau had the toughest draw in the tournament, wrestling the #1 and #2 Greco place winners first. He nearly surprised everyone (except his coach) by almost beating the # 2 wrestler. And Tyler Sutherland captured the 4th place medal in his first time competing in a National level tournament. Congratulations Wrestlers!!!
